Add layer

Go on edit then select 'Fill'

Select filer then choose 'noise' then add noise

change the level of noise

Handpaining effect using photoshop

This was the first time I have used the handpainting effect on photoshop. I used similar colours for the background and for the guys face. Next time I use this effect I will think more creatively about using colours for different parts of the photo and using more of a variety of colours.
